PROCESS & TERMS OF SERVICE

To request a commission, send an email with your Paypal address, character descriptions, references, scene description, etc, etc, etc. Not every idea will be selected and I have the right to deny your request without explanation.

• For all color commissions, I’ll send you an estimate and an invoice if you accept the price. After a deposit or complete payment has been made, I’ll send you a sketch for approval. I will make no more than 3 large revisions to the image before requesting additional fees for the time spent. The final artwork will be delivered through e-mail in high-res JPEG format.

 

 • Sketch/line art commissions are delivered in one shot with no previews. For colored artwork, I will send a preview sketch, and while you can ask for an update as I go along, I will generally only send the initial rough sketch(es) and the final image unless asked.

• Refunds will be given in the event that I cannot finish your commission or I have not yet started the image.

 

• By default, I retain all rights to my artwork and no commission may be used for commercial purposes, edited, or claimed as your own. You may use the artwork for your personal use -- printing, desktop, blogs, sharing online, etc. I only ask for credit where applicable.
 

• Average delivery time is usually between 4-8 weeks, depending on how much other work is on my plate. Sometimes a commission can take longer, upwards of 5 months on the long end due to health reasons, and good art requires time, so please be patient. I will update you as I go if the artwork is going to take longer than the initial agreed upon timeline!

• Half of the total payment is required for all colored work totaling $150 or more, the rest payable any time before the image is complete. Full payment is required up front for artwork under $150. Images that have been paid in full will be completed first.

 

Private Commissions

If you want your art kept private (not displayed in my gallery OR progress livestreamed), add 30% to the total cost of the image.

 

Commercial Commissions

Commercial artwork rights begin at 300% of the cost of a personal commission.

By sending your request, you agree to all terms listed.

You can include detailed information about your concept or ask me to wing it, but if you have an idea, please be clear in conveying what needs to be conveyed so we don’t have to go back and make constant changes. Provide as much reference as possible, or detailed descriptions of your character.

If there is no reference of the character, please provide (at MINIMUM) the following helpful information in your request:

• Species

• Height

• Build/weight

• Age in appearance

• Skin color and any notable markings/scars/tattoos, what side they’re on

• Hair color and style, facial hair if any

• Eye color

• Piercings and jewelry

• Any other features: horns, tail (and type), wings (and their size), etc.

DOES NOT DRAW: Explicit nudity or sexual content, gore/extreme violence
